Rising Star Home Care Services, headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, offers quality and compassionate in-home care and companionship for adults and seniors in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. The management team is led by Dr. Mark Kabue, Director and Administrator, Shem Ngetich, RN, Director of Nursing, and Trina Mello Adams, Director of Marketing and Business Development. Together they have more than 65 years of combined experience in direct patient care, elder care, clinical social work, and health care administration. Rising Star Home Care Services was formed with a shared mission--

Our Caregivers

We take pride in our team of dedicated nurses, certified nurse aides, and medication technicians.
All Rising Star caregivers are fully screened and trained to ensure that they model a commitment to always meet the needs and expectations of our clients and their loved ones. Every effort will be made to assign you with a caregiver who will be a successful match.

Services

Every client and family is different, so we take the time to tailor our services to your specific needs. An initial consultation with a member of our client services team, followed by an in-home needs assessment will help us determine the right plan of care for you and your loved one.  Our services are customized to your needs and specifications and include companionship, personal care services, and light household duties. Service may be scheduled on an hourly basis or arranged for the day, evening, weekend, holiday home care coverage, or on a long-term basis.
