Once you decide to choose in-home care, a registered nurse will visit with you and your loved one to perform a thorough needs assessment. All services can be customized, so no matter the type of care you or your loved one requires it can be provided in the comfort and safety of home. Services include:

Companion Care

Our companion care services offer assistance with daily living activities. In addition to light housekeeping and running errands we are here for conversation, quiet company, or perhaps a little fun to keep you or your loved one active and engaged. The companionship and social interaction we offer are helpful in preventing feelings of isolation and depression. Companion care services include:

  • light housekeeping

  • grocery shopping and errands,

  • meal planning & preparation

  • laundry

  • medication reminders

  • safety supervision

  • transportation

  • socialization

  • cognitive stimulation

​Personal Care

Our personal care services cover more intimate, non-medical care needs. Whether it is for normal aging challenges, hospital recovery, or sickness, we are here to make everyday life easier and more manageable. Our experienced caregivers are specifically trained to handle these tasks and will be closely involved to conduct periodic assessments to survey your loved one's care. Services include;

  • bathing/showering

  • dressing and grooming

  • walking and wheelchair assistance

  • toileting and incontinent care

  • repositioning bed-bound patients

  • assistance with self-administered medication

Medication Management

An important component of our care plans is to help to manage and improve our clients' use and compliance with their prescribed medications. Have the presence and assistance of our caregivers to help with on-hand administration of all medications will help your loved one achieve their health care goals, reduce side effects, and prevent side effects that can occur due to duplication and drug interactions of all medications. Services include:

  • drop-off and pick-up prescriptions from the pharmacy

  • assistance with administering medication

  • managing the schedule  for multiple medications

  • ongoing monitoring of medication effectiveness and care plans by a Registered Nurse (RN)

Memory Loss and Dementia

Regardless of why your loved one is experiencing memory loss, we're here to help. The goal of our caregivers and skilled nurses is to keep your loved ones safe, comfortable, and independent in their own home. Whether they are at the early stages of Alzheimer's or dementia or are adapting to age-related memory loss, we are committed to matching you with a knowledgeable caregiver who understands their needs in a compassionate and professional way.

Caregiver Support

Long-Distance caregiving, working full-time and caring or managing the care for someone 24 hours a day/7 days a week will take a toll on anyone. Hiring someone to help might not only be a necessity but a gift you can give yourself.
